I have heard many people complain about the place where they live, their home country,
but at least they live in the country they were born in.
Watched a hindi movie today,
going to miss all the gossip that we used to do after watching a bollywood movie before class started.
The only people who I can talk to about this movie are Amrit and Milon.

Watched the movie Dil Bole Hadippa with mom(:
Had a great time, though I think I laughed a little too loudly in the theatre.
I love Shahid Kapoor.
I want that yellow skirt.
The movie made me realize how much I had not done in India,
like play cricket with the kids,
run after my flying dupatta,
run through a beautiful field,
and then end up stuck somewhere in a broken down car.
Yeah,
it sounds incredibly cheesy,
but I wanna do it.
I don't think you are going to fins small kiddies playing cricket on the street here,
and yeah, the dupatta is so going to fly away and I am going to have space to run after it on the crowded streets.
and yes,
I am going to get saved by people in a bollywood themed truck if my car ever breaks down here.

Battery Life

Everything has a limit.
My computer battery was dying and I refused to move to plug it in.
But I had to.

Cause I need the computer.
Not to study, but it just has to be on.
Stupid facebook. Major distraction.

Dandiya was amazing yesterday!
Danced till my feet hurt and this year I actually got the Garba steps.
Srushti came with me and we had a great time.

This is me venting at night

The Chemistry textbook idea is not working,
I do not have enough power to even walk towards it and attempt to start studying.
Cause of the last few days, I can actually stay up late at night now. Sheesh. I wanna sleep.
But no,
the internet is a magnet.
A force that attracts all except for the really self-controlled people.
Long(er) Weekend this time,

Raindrops On Roses

It was raining so much five minutes ago.
I got drenched trying to get into the car from art class.
So very annoying.
Singapore's weather is seriously messed up. Sometimes it's too much sun,
sometimes it is too little.
I love my new laptop, though it does not have Microsoft yet.
I think I have forgotten what all holiday homework we have,
other than physics of course, no one can forget that.
We just have to keep doing the workbook.
I do remember the VA Essay and IDU,
I would be dead meat if I didn't,
but what else.
I think homework has a way of making itself forgotten.

Comex is a convention that wastes a hell lot of paper.
Stupid apple and their stupid prices,
was at SMU today, saw our new building,

it is freakin' huge.
But it does not look like it will be finished by next january,
hope it will be though.
The building looks kinda dull, all white, grey and blue.
Cannot wait for us to move there and bring some colour to the building.

school gets closer and closer,
that is actually not a bad thing,
school is awesome,

Today was awesome,
I actually did my VA essay,
if you think I finished it,
you are insane,
but hey, I did it.
Then I spent a majority part of the day watching Hindi tv serials!
So fun,
the whole world uses love as one of the major themes in their tv serials.
Then you just watch other people's live in tv and it doesn't effect you whatsoever.
The cheesy songs, dialogues and stuff come and go.
But its funny and enjoyable(:

I am beginning to get confused with all this blogger weirdness.

and we leave this campus next year.
I don't want to change my VA class either.
Well it is not like we have a choice.

Today I listened to She(for Liz) by parachute,
its really nice.

Attempts at doing VA Essay today,
I cannot believe that the class we get put into next year depends heavily on this.

Today was fun,
but tmrw is going to be better.

Had fun today IHSS with Janel and Erica.
My two page sketchbook is now filled with a whole bunch of random things along with notes.
A spider and a broomstick that was meant to be Vicky's hair ,
then Erica added the handle.
Hee hee.
I might put up pictures of that.

Then TOKing heads today was fun too,
the movie,
Dead Poets Society seems cool.
Will watch it all.

The bus trip back home was fun too.
Talking about everything and nothing with Vicky.
Theatre people do a lot of work.
And they do a very good job too,
today's light and sound display was really good,
I loved the way they projected,
the dropping of candies,
the lights and sounds( yellow and red in the middle )
Yup, it was an awesome experience.

ARC essay tmrw.
VA Essay due next term.
IHSS Essay sometime soon enough.
Math IDU.

Yesh,
I am watching the Incredibles,
Again.
They just keep showing it on Disney.
I can pull of the dialogue,
"I know, I know, Freeze."
The you pause,
I perform a dramatic hand gesture.
But the only thing missing,
no ice shoots out of my hand,
dang,
I don't have super powers.

Do you know,
I miss the old days,
when disney used to show things like Kim Possible everyday,
and thats so raven(even though I did not watch it much)
and phil of the future,
and dave the barbarian.
I miss the old episodes and tv shows and disney channel original movies.

I remember the time long ago,
when we were all young,
and we used to watch p,b&j
and rolie polie ollie,
and mickey mouse and stuff.

Then I remember Hi5,
oh man,
I used to love them,
knew their songs,
"L.O.V.E, I love you and you love me"
and a lot of other songs,
and now,
I think,
the new Hi5,
is not really that great.
I think there are so many things affecting that,
I grew up,
and they changed the people on it.
I mean,
our time,
we are so used to Kathleen and Jub-Jub,
and Kellie and chatterbox,
and Charlie doing random thing,
and Nathan and Tim,
but now there are a bunch of perky people out there,
singing songs.
I don't really like them,
the old vibe is gone.
And it's going to stay that way.
